My professional journey began in the hospitality sector, where I started my career as a sales professional and took the lead in commercial departments. My passion lay in creating unique experiences, conveying emotions, supporting people, and bringing smiles.
Leading, motivating, and coaching teams quickly became second nature to me, always in highly goal-oriented and challenging environments.
For the past 7 years, I had the opportunity to lead an ambitious company as CEO. Overseeing the revision of the company's strategy, culture, and vision, managing daily financial and operational aspects of various entities, leading diverse teams, and developing the business... never a dull moment!
Always with the vision that every team member should be able to shine autonomously in their role within the organization through a focus on each person's personal development and structured communication.
