In 2022, I, Charline Lenaerts, founded SEED as a business coach with the primary goal of guiding entrepreneurs, leaders, and companies on their professional journey.

With over 7 years of experience as a CEO, I was inspired to start my own venture. My passion and dedication to entrepreneurship, the development of human capital within organizations, personal growth, and creating value motivated me to share this knowledge with other entrepreneurs and organizations.

SEED supports entrepreneurs and organizations in developing their vision, strategy, and culture/DNA, improving business efficiency and processes, and collectively achieving goals by actively involving employees in this process.
